FAB is proud to introduce the Ethraa Programme, dedicated to high-potential Emirati fresh graduates. Under the sponsorship of The Central Bank of the UAE and Emirates Institute of Finance, this comprehensive programme is tailored to equip and empower the next generation of confident and specialised bankers to make their marks in a dynamic financial industry.
The programme duration ranges from 8 to 12 months and includesa structured learning journey, international qualifications, hands-on projects and ongoing coaching and mentoring, to give you the perfect platform to grow and make an impact in your role.
Future Leaders Programme
The Future Leaders Programme is tailored towards developing the banking leaders of the future. Aimed at experienced professionals, it offers high-potential candidates the chance to accelerate their career progression with the UAE’s leading bank.
The selected high-performing Emiratis will embark on a personalised learning and development journey to meet their career requirements. Successful completion of the programme will lead to career progression to a senior leadership role at FAB.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be highly ambitious individuals wanting to pursue a higher management career, naturally driven, and wanting hands-on experience in banking and finance.
- UAE National who holds a Family Book
- Minimum three years previous work experience in the same functional domain
- University degree, preferably in a relevant field (finance, economy, business)
- Completed national service (for male candidates)
