Our Restaurant Support Center is a custom-designed, lakefront building located in the up-and-coming community of Cypress Waters. Every aspect of our brand-new campus was designed to encourage personal wellbeing, team-oriented workstyle, and Brinker’s mantra of “Let’s Play Restaurant.” So, when you look around our office, you’ll see BrinkerHeads working happy in flexible collaboration spaces and our state-of-the-art test kitchen or recharging in our game room, on-site fitness center, and community eating and vending areas.

The iconic ruby-red chili pepper is bigger and brighter than ever, with Chili’s growing into a global phenomenon over the past 40+ years. We brought fajitas to the mainstream and turned an onion into a work of art. We smoke our meats in house daily, and make our famous chips from scratch every day. We’re a place where Guests come to have fun and enjoy bold flavors, while being served by ChiliHeads who love what they do.

It means “eat well’ in Italian. It’s why Guests come back to Maggiano’s time and time again. We believe in sharing the food we love with friends and families in a warm and inviting atmosphere. When we founded the first Maggiano’s in 1991, we wanted it be like going to Nonna’s house for Sunday dinner. Today, we have 50+ locations where people come for classic Italian-American cuisine, made from scratch, like it’s supposed to be.

Our restaurants are in 31 different countries and two territories, where we serve over one million people each day, in nine different languages. Our strategy is to become the globally dominant restaurant company by growing our brands through profitable restaurant development, operational quality, marketing and culinary excellence, and a world-class global organization. We will continue to grow our global footprint in existing markets while creating a big splash in new emerging markets such as China, Brazil, and Indonesia!
