UBA applies two ways of recruitment, internal recruitments and external recruitments. Internal Recruitments means publications within the company, giving to the employees the opportunity to apply and develop in career, while External recruitment are the publications that appear on the UBA website for the entire workforce that wants to apply and be part of the United Bank of Albania.
Internal Recruitment
UBA employees have the right to apply for job vacancies based on the politics and procedures of the bank. Human Resources Department publishes vacancies within the company and all interested employees, after application are subject to the selection process.
External Recruitment
Vacancies are published on bank’s website. All the CV-s of the applicants are collected at Human Resource Department, which selects them and informs about the progress of the process. All candidates who meet the criteria, based on job position, are subject of testing or interviews, and after successfully passing these two phases they are employed.

How to apply
The targeted candidates for the internship will be the students who attend the last year of the bachelor or professional master studies. In case of application through the university, the list of students and their academic achievements is received through the internship coordinators. To complete your application, you must submit, on the day of your interview, the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Transcript of marks
- Reference from a lecturer/university
The internship candidates will be assessed based ability to meet the following criteria:
- Are pursuing studies or in graduation
- Average grade above 8
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a team
