Employee Benefits That Have Your Back
Employee-paid benefits are separate from your health insurance. They can help pay for what health insurance doesn’t cover. During your enrollment, you may be able to choose benefits that can provide additional coverage to help protect your future. When you know how these benefits work, you can make informed choices on what’s best for you now and in the future.
Employee Benefits Beyond Health Insurance
There are a few types of workplace benefits beyond medical coverage that may be available to you during enrollment. Some benefits may be offered by your employer at no cost to you. You may also be able to buy additional benefits or choose more coverage for a small fee deducted from your paycheck. The one thing all these benefits have in common is that they pay cash directly to you or your loved ones.
Life and Loss Benefits
Help provide for those who depend on you.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance, which we call Accidental Loss of Life and Severe Injury Benefits, covers you for an accidental loss of motion, sight, limb or life.
- Life Insurance is protection for those you will leave behind, with a cash benefit that can help pay for final plans and offset the loss of future income.
