Line Cook
Your passion and commitment to prepare Outback food at its best will provide each of our Guests with a meal guaranteed to make their day better! As a Line Cook, you will be committed to bold flavors, safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards through the shift – preparing Outback Favorites that look great and taste even better!
Host
Your smile will make the first impression as we welcome Guests into our dining room. As a Host, your genuine conversation, personality, and attentive service will make each Guest feel welcomed. Through the shift, you will coordinate seating and flow of the dining room to Outback’s hospitality standards.
Prep Cook
Your passion for the quality, taste, and temperature of each dish will provide each of our Guests with a meal guaranteed to make their day better! As a Prep Cook, you will use proper tools and recipes to prepare, portion, and cook prep items to exacting recipe standards.Through the shift, you will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards as you prepare the signature bold flavors that our Guests know and love.
