We have launched our Neuroinclusion Policy
We aim to foster the right environment, culture and supports for neurodivergent colleagues to have rewarding and lasting careers. Whether you’re a People Manager looking to better support your team, or you’re neurodivergent, or you’re a colleague demonstrating allyship, our policy is here to support and guide you.
Inclusion Passport
We aim to remove barriers that colleagues may face due to their personal circumstances. Our Inclusion passport can help colleagues to feel more included in the work place by providing a space for them to share their unique needs, preferences, and working styles with their colleagues and people manager. Our Inclusion passport is transferable and moves with colleagues from role to role.
