Leadership Program
Qiyadat Leadership Program.
QIYADAT program is one of the most unique leading programs in UAE, which providing a golden opportunity for high potential UAE national ADIB staff.
Delegates will undergo a number of assessments, group presentations, coaching, and mentoring by allocated coaches and mentors, and 360 feedbacks. Each group will be requested to select a business topic and present to the bank leadership team and including recommendations.
What Participants Can Expect:
They will be immersed in an intensive leadership development experience that will improve their ability to help ADIB sustain success in a complex global economy. Structured to maximize learning and minimize time away from work, the program’s format enables ADIB to prepare leaders for the challenges ahead while maintaining business momentum.
TAMKEEN Women Leadership Program
TAMKEEN program is a training program tailored to high performing ADIB UAE national Female staff in leadership, with aim of developing and preparing women for challenging leadership position in the future, and ensures to retain them by developing and investing in them.
ADIB Women Leaders Program is designed to shift the Leadership conversation and helps women to align daily action with value and beliefs, gain valued connection and relationships, integrate multiple life roles and goals, and act proactively and lead the change.

MASRAFI Program.
Based on the cooperation between the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) to achieve the vision of the United Arab Emirates through the development of Emiratis by providing them with the knowledge, skills and creativity to build a competitive economy and enable them to occupy vital jobs in the labor market, the Institute is pleased to announce the following national programs for new employees who were appointed during the Accelerators in the private sector.
